SKD was challenged to turn a ordinary hallway into a high quality gallery space. Donor Dr. Howard Sheriden supported the University of Florida's new chemistry building. He also doanted a series of wildlife photographs he took mounted on frame-less aluminum panels. SKD provided gallery lighting to achieve a high contrast ratios between the photos and the walls evoking a illusory "backlit" effect. Dr, Sheriden remarked "our expectations have been exceeded" Careful use of "crop-able" zoom fixtures with expert staff to precisely focus properly on the exquisite photos was key to our success.
